Interpretation

Returns & Refunds

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchange
• Items are eligible to be exchanged within 3 days for local shipping and 1 month for international shipping orders.
• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• We charge a base rate of Rs 9000pkr for international shipping
• Items must be undamaged and in their original packaging with all tags attached, preferred.
2. Partial Refund
• We offer a 50% refund on the total value of the merchandise return and resale of the article.
• We offer 30% cashback for items returned. 
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items have been inspected and approved for eligibility.
3. How to Initiate a Return

• We will provide you with the return shipping instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Processing Time
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
